Gas and vapour types A (certain organic), B (certain inorganic and acid), E (sulphur dioxide and other acid) and K (ammonia), all at class 1 capacity, plus a P3 particle filter.
How long does an opened gas filter last?
Follow the maker's instructions. A 3M data sheet quotes AS/NZS 1715:2009 that all classes of gas filter shall be discarded no longer than six months after opening, irrespective of the number of periods of use.
